Connective tissue disease (CTD) is a group of inflammatory disorders of unknown aetiology.
Patients with CTD often report hypersensitivity to nickel. We examined the frequency of delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) (Type IV allergy) to metals in patients with CTD.
